3. Cancellations

Cancellations must be submitted in writing. Deposits may be non-refundable if materials have been ordered or work has already started.

4. Project Conditions

Project timelines may be affected by weather, site conditions, permitting, or material availability. We are not responsible for delays outside of our control.

6. Liability
